Rigorous classroom training covering every aspect within your chosen specialty (mechanical or avionics). Comprehensive examinations are conducted after the completion of each unit to ensure mastery of the theoretical concepts.
A three-year work-study placement rotated throughout Guyana’s premier aviation maintenance organizations. Progress is closely monitored by the School, and students must complete assignments that directly link classroom studies to real-world hangar experience.
All subjects are studied in strict accordance with Guyana Aviation Requirements (GARs), British Civil Airworthiness Requirements (BCAR) Section L syllabus, European JAR-66 syllabus, and ICAO Doc. 7192.
Students choose between two disciplines: Avionics or Mechanical. The first year and a half consists of common subjects for both tracks.
