The Ab-Initio Training Programme is uniquely structured to take individuals with no prior aviation experience and mold them into competent, certified aviation professionals. Spanning a comprehensive duration of 4.25 years, the curriculum meticulously balances intensive classroom theory with supervised, hands-on workshop experience.
Upon successful completion of all theoretical modules, practical assessments, and mandatory On-the-Job Training (OJT), candidates earn a Leave Without Type Rating (LWTR) qualification. This foundational certification serves as the vital prerequisite for subsequent specialized aircraft type training and full licensure as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
